For over 10 years, I've helped men and women navigate the intersection of emotional health, daily habits, and financial empowerment. My anchor niche is mental wellness — specializing in anxiety, depression, and chronic stress. I've sat with clients who were high-functioning on the outside and quietly falling apart on the inside. People juggling careers, caregiving, finances, and a hundred invisible responsibilities — all while telling themselves they should be handling it better. I created a space where that stops being the story.
Over time, I noticed one undeniable pattern: when stress and anxiety are left unaddressed, financial decisions suffer. When financial anxiety is left unaddressed, mental health deteriorates. The two are inseparable. That realization shaped everything about how I work today. I am also a licensed Florida Life Insurance Agent — because protecting your future is an act of self-love just as much as taking care of your mental health. This is whole-person work. And it starts the moment you decide you are worth it.
